Barrel Horse News’ Youth Forum Department Now Youth Written PDF Print E-mail

September 2010 marks a change for the popular Barrel Horse News department Youth Forum. Beginning this month, this section, which is for Youth barrel racers, will be written entirely by BHN’s new Youth Correspondents. Our correspondents, who are all active barrel racers, range in age from 10-18 and hail from across the United States.

Youth Forum will continue to feature news, information and attitude for the next generation of barrel racers, including health care, training, event coverage and profile pieces, as presented through the eyes of our young writers.

BHN’s team of Youth Correspondents is made up of the following barrel racers:

Nolan Buss, 10, of Mauston, Wis.
Mikayla Anderson, 11, of Naples, Fla.
Addie Fox Davis, 11, of Bentonia, Miss.
Kate Brown, 13, of Alvordton, Ohio
Jennifer Ewing, 13, of Columbus, Ohio
