Nominations and sustaining fees:  Any sustaining payments postmarked after date due will owe an addition $20 late fee.

Late Futurity nominations will be accepted through check-in Sept. 23rd.  The late nomination payments are as follows:

To nominate July 2 - July 31:   $135.00 (plus Aug & Sept payment)
To nominate Aug 1 - Aug 31   $270.00 (plus Sept. payment)
To nominate Sep 1 - Sep 14   $405.00
To nominate Sep 15 - Sep 23 Check-in  $450.00 (money order or cashiers check only after
