Futurity Payment Schedule:
   October 10       $200 to nominate (includes $20 office charge)
   November 10    $150 to sustain
   December 10    $150 to sustain
$25 late fee for any payments postmarked after the 10th of each month.  NO REFUNDS!
LATE FEE AFTER DECEMBER 10th:  Futurity $250

Derby Payment Schedule:
   November 10    $150 (includes $20 office charge)
LATE FEE AFTER DECEMBER 10th:  Derby $75

Amateur Futurity Fee:
   $75 total.  Add $25 to each payment.
