2012 New Guidelines for Pre-entries & Exhibs
 If you pre-enter you must be paid 1 hour prior to the start of the race or your number(s)will be scratched & you will be SANCTIONED A $20 FINE that must be paid prior to any entry at a Wrapn3 race.
If you fail to show up for exhibs you will be required to pay for all the exhibs  at the rate of $5 per exhib.
